How RADISPEAK.AI Works
1. Dictate Naturally
The radiologist speaks the findings using normal medical terminology.
RADISPEAK.AI uses medical speech recognition designed to understand radiology terminology and Indian English accents. The system can be used from desktop or mobile browsers.
2. AI Generates the Report
The dictated information is processed by AI and organised into sections such as:
- Technique
- Clinical History
- Findings / Observation
- Impression
- Advice
This reduces the need to manually construct the report section by section.
3. Review and Edit
The generated report is presented in an editor where the radiologist or authorised medical transcriptionist can review and make changes.
This is an important part of an AI-assisted workflow: the generated report remains a draft until it has been reviewed and approved by the radiologist.
4. Quality Check
RADISPEAK.AI also provides an AI Quality Checker that can identify potential issues such as contradictions between findings and impression, laterality inconsistencies and possible speech-to-text errors.
For example:
Findings: Lesion in the right kidney
Impression: Lesion in the left kidney
An AI quality check can flag this type of inconsistency for review before the report is finalised.
5. Sign and Share
Once reviewed, the report can be exported as PDF or DOCX and shared through supported digital channels, including secure links, email and WhatsApp workflows.
